Welcome to Homa Rugs. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Homarugs.com and to your use of our website. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Homa Rugs is operated by Homa Oriental Rugs Inc., located at 1216 First Ave, Seattle, WA 98101.

Product Information and Handmade Rugs

Because our rugs are handmade, variations and irregularities in weave, dimensions, pattern, color, and texture may occur and are part of the character of a handmade rug.

We make every effort to photograph and describe our rugs accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and the settings of your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

Product Availability

Many of our handmade rugs are one-of-a-kind pieces. Although we make every effort to keep our online inventory current, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.

If this occurs, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund for any payment made for the unavailable item.

Pricing and Listing Errors

All prices displayed on Homarugs.com are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change, but the price applicable to a completed purchase is the price in effect at the time of purchase.

We make every effort to provide accurate pricing and product information. In the event of a genuine pricing, product-information, or listing error, Homa Rugs reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order. If an order is canceled after payment has been made, the customer will receive a full refund.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order through our website does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Homa Rugs reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including because of product unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or a payment issue.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges for your purchase.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be authorized or processed.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and charged as required based on the order and delivery information provided at the time of purchase.

Customers are welcome to pick up their purchases free of charge at our Seattle showroom:

We are happy to accommodate showroom pickup and will notify you when your purchase is ready for collection.

International Orders

Homa Rugs does not currently offer standard international shipping through our website.

Customers outside the United States who are interested in purchasing a rug are welcome to contact us at homarugs@homarugs.com. We may be able to accommodate an international order depending on the destination and circumstances.

International customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed in connection with the shipment.

Promotions and Coupon Codes

Unless otherwise stated, coupon codes and promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers or applied to items already on sale.

Discounts and promotional pricing apply only during the stated promotional period. Prices are final at the time of purchase, and subsequent sales, promotions, or price reductions will not be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission from Homa Rugs.

Homa Rugs makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on Homarugs.com accurate and current.

We may update or correct website content, product information, pricing, or availability when necessary. We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or error.
